Refunds are accepted within initial 30 days of purchase and only if the item arrives damaged or broken.

KNOW SHOP does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased as samples, on clearance, or at pop-up shops.  Gift Cards are also non-refundable and valid for 12 months.
